Description
First, don't talk bad about this one because I think it's really weird....My dear Skittles....it's oranges...what in Cecil's bag are oranges since I have no idea what to draw....I'm such a lazy girl....TTvTT
Anyway I draw this because of Songkran festival in Thailand, although it's already end for a long time (at least some cities are still water-throwing in this festival!!!)

I thought that Cecil was holding BREAD! And Cecil did the smart thing and ran with the bread because he's wearing a white shirt and Tidus has the hose and we can imagine Firion's reaction if Tidus sprayed the water at Cecil

And this festival is Thai's New Year celebrate too. (I heard Laos and Cambodia are celebrating this festival too)
