A finished entry in Cei-Ellem's Character Costume Design Contest .This is Chino.
Now, reading the description for this guy, I thought to myself: "Only a child + manifestation of purity and innocence = IT'S THE LITTLE PRINCE!!!"
The character design may have been influenced by this.
