could u tell me about digital drawing technique which you used in Pete Wentz

No problem...I draw everything with Soft round brush. If you
want you can see my anaimation here and read under artist's
comments...I wrote under how I paint him.
Only that...for his lips I use the same brush but bigger opacity
(around 40%) and I choose white color. When I do this I paint
highlights on his lips...if you have bigger opacity you'll have
more details.
