Beside him, 'Alayne Stone', secretly Lady Sansa Stark, watches with anxiety as the schemes unravel from both ends.

The Lords Declarant are a motley assembly.

Lord Gilwood Hunter of Longbow Hall, a troubled man who drinks heavily.

Ser Symond Templeton of Ninestars, an outwardly stern but somewhat naive sentinel.

Lady Anya Waynwood, an esteemed matriarch hindered by debts her house has yet to pay.

Their leader, Bronze Yohn Royce, the Lord of Runestone, an unwavering man who yet remains loyal to the old House Arryn and its ties to the Tullys and Starks.

Lord Horton Redfort, an ancient but proud noble whose age is fast catching up to him.

Lord Benedar Belmore, a fat old fellow who hides a pliant nature behind a show of bluster.

And Ser Lyn Corbray, an icy-eyed young knight with a capricious temper and a dangerous habit of making the Lords Declarant appear far less noble than they mean to be...suspiciously convenient for Lord Littlefinger.

Behind them, the Steward Lord Nestor Royce and the Captain of the Guards, Ser Lothar Brune, watch the noble gathering for the first sign of ignoble intent.
