Well.. there're many other things that can make you feel like a hero instead of eliminating innocent creatures just because it's spider/worm/whatever. Β
If your love is still afraid of them and doesn't stand it's look, next time try to find a cup or a pot and move it outside; your dear one'll feel ok and the spider'll be fine too and you'll be the double hero~

Uhh as all your comics are sweet and adorable, this one is plain disgusting. You just heartlessly killed it... You know there is such a thing as a mug/glass/box/piece of paper where you can put the thing and let it go outside? One little innocent life lessΒ on your conscience - only then you can feel like a hero... Not after killing the defenseless little thing just because someone dislike it's look.

Well, this is only being sad.
(And, no, I don't like spiders, I think they are disgusting and hope to have thm as far from myself as possible, but I just have a consideration for all life and don't see why the reason that something is small enough so you don't see it's scared eyes or just because you don't like the look it was born with is enough to take away it's life.)
Different story is when something is endangering your life or health - self defense is reasonable.

I don't squish spiders. It might explode and hundreds of lil' baby spiders might burst out. I know well enough to leave them alone. But then again, I only see really tiny ones.
