Spent about an 70 minutes tracing the drawing. Then did the layer style on it, and voilà. Anyway Thanks to my lil bro:Sylvester Vang , a graffiti artist, dancer, photographer, photoshop nut, and a strange guy all together.
The car is done, should be uploaded soon. Car right now is very heavy in polies. Will need a good computer to use it, lol.

That is strange, background in small view is black, but is transparent in full view.

that's how deviantart works, the full view is a transparent PNG image file, while the preview is a Jpeg file which cannot have any type of transparency. If you want to see it in black, go look at this one:
