Description
The Play-Tested and Approved Datasheet for the Crucifix Super-Heavy Missile Platform for Warhammer 40k. If you have any questions, lemme know. (The Psyke-Out Warhead Launcher is actually a rail-mounted Missile mounted on the bottom of the tank, on the front section where the hull slants upwards towards the nose.)Related content

That's a beastly looking machine. I like how you've made use of scenery to vehicle its unique look.
You've inspired me to risk $98 on my own specially created Super-heavy behemoth. (Though I'll have to figure out what I want to do with it >.> )

Thanks. I never got around to finishing her. There were a few tweaks in the rules done, and maybe one day I'll finish it up or build a more refined version..who knows.
The sisters need some bigass weaponry!

Yeah, and compared to that thing, my Baneblade and Stormlord don't stand a chance. I probably wouldn't go up against it in Apocalypse without a Shadowsword and Saint Amplexus.
If you do refine it, you should definitely post it. *nodnod*

lol. Maybe. Just so you know, the "PROTECT AT ALL COSTS" rule was changed to make sure that the exorcist taking the hit has to be within LOS of the attacking target.

Cool beans. Even so, I don't want to go against something with that kind of firepower without 2 Strength D weapons on my side.

lol that's why she costs 1000 points and only ONE allowed on the table at any given time. Not one per army, not one per side...one per table. lol

Well, my hat is off to the Crucifix. May your steel treads never meet with my renegade (not Chaos) Guardsmen.

so basically it's a gutted baneblade chassis with 3 exorcist launchers shoehorned into it, powered completely by its own machine spirit and/or the will of the emperor... it just goes to show how versatile the baneblade chassis is, and it gives the sisters a super heavy tank of their own (if only one). Nifty.

Yeah, prettymuch. There's still some tweaking being done, especially concerning the Formation and the Flamers. We've decided to remove the warhead as it's prettymuch useless and the heavy bolters, replacing them with ANOTHER set of heavy flamers. This will allow for two twin-linked heavy flamers per sponson that combine to form a hellfire template flamer. Kinda like the Flame Pistols on the Seraphim, but alot larger. We've brought the cost down to 700 points, and made her 14 armor all around instead of 4 structure points. Each Exo-Launcher on her is also a main weapon and thus can roll for saves.

We've done some more tweaking, and basically, the only thing different from the Data sheet are the following Errata:
NO Psych-out warhead.
Holy Virtue Formation: The Exorcist taking the Allocated Penetrating Hit MUST BE in Line of Sight of the enemy unit Scoring the penetration, as well as 6" of the Crucifix.
