So I bought a foam base mask based on this technique

And yeah the jaw is separate, but I ferthat it is too heavy kinda : / But now looking at the picture ur is waay bigger, but still closing up perfectly. This head was not mesured by mine, but for a girl a bit bigger than me. So my problem is that the mouth appear to me way too much open and it cannot support any weigh. : / Help if u can please.

Ahh I see, actually this mask has a static jaw, I didn't notice it looked closed until now ^__^" I will... change that lol but I have made other masks with moving jaws before, using this technique and for jaws this big. Perhaps, if it is solid foam, try carving out the inside as to take off some weight. Also, using too much hot glue can weigh it down a lot. And if the mask is slightly too big for your face, try padding the chin and jaw on the inside to make sure it touches your face. I hope that helps, otherwise maybe taking a video/pictures of the base will show me what the problem is
