My part of the trade for featuring her character, Trem Labbe!

What meant to be a simple art trade turned out to take as almost long as regular pinup. My choice of picking this particular character was the start of some challenges that I didn't expect.
First off, I picked Trem since I sort of lack girls of color in my gallery (I'm gonna try and fix that some time). Aside from skin tone, I really wanted to make sure that her face looked ethnic enough so that she didn't look like a "white" person with darker skin! I literally went out to do some ethnic face studies to draw her lol. Next challenge was the pose because I felt that a simple standing pose wouldn't fit the character. She just seemed like she needed some movement since she loves music, so I ended up with this BOOGIE pose which took me many times to get right.

Drawing the character was a challenge, but coloring was easy onward. Except it took me forever to find out how to do a background for this piece AS USUAL.
Maybe I overthought a tad too much while doing this piece, but I think it was done for the better. I had a lot of fun with this piece!
