This is Ratz the little brother of Rübchen
I think the names comes from Ratz und Rübe ,two puppet Characters in an old german child learning TV-series

Aber ich glaube auch, das der sehr schnell ein neues zu Hause finden wird. Es sind schon alle so begeistert von seinem Schwesterchen.

wir hatten 17 Jahre einen roten Kater und waren bis Mai noch auf der suche nach einem. Jetzt haben wir zwei grau getiegerte im Tierheim gefunden (Mai).
