I sketched this at Christmastime in the car (pretty good for a car sketch!) and then cleaned it up and colored it on the computer. It was just some dress I conceptualized, medieval of course, that was sort of based on one of the dresses Eowyn wears in ROTK. It is very out of proportion, but I needed the practice in fabrics. It brings back memories of elaborate lacy dresses I used to design in my kiddlehood.Related content

Wow beautiful design, I was planning on making a dress for my little sister... Or just for the sake of making a dress. So I was wondering if I could use this as inspiration or use this design to make the dress, if that is alright with you?

Heh, yeah, it's not exactly her dress but it's pretty obvious where I got the idea... I could have chosen different colors and then the inspiration wouldn't have been as noticeable...but I really liked this color combo at the time. Which was like, 7 years ago.

wow, this is beautiful! I would not have beleived that you could draw something like this in a car. >_> I can barely keep a pencil still in such a situation. Anyway, the sleeves make me drool. Holy cow I love it. ^_^
