Envoy of the Siren people, a mysterious nation that is yet to play their cards in the intergalactic stuggle for power. The effects of their voices do range from mind manipulation to instant killing, so the envoy is treated with outmost politeness, and they in turn wear a decorative muzzle as a sign of good will. Under the muzzle though they can't help but wear a sly smile - for they are not playing their cards as much as they are stucking them in order to fall in a clear path after one precise hit when the time comes
