Recent commission piece. I've made plenty of dragons and I've even made a dragon-shark , but I've never sculpted a shark before... until now. I was too lazy to mix my own light gray in my usual Premo, so I used some Cosclay that was the right color, which makes this shark surprisingly flexible. The bendiness of the Cosclay is an interesting feature, though it gives the baked clay a different, more rubbery feel that I'm not sure I like. I have these cute little round beads that I use for my needle-felted pieces and they were perfect for this project. I also added a little white paint to lighten up the belly. I'm quite happy with the result here, especially since I went into this project feeling like I had no idea what I was doing.

Crafted from Cosclay polymer clay, beads, and acrylic paint.
