Description ...I made myself a self challange to make this entry perfect in every page..
Say, I white nighted like twice on this entry and my body gave in before I could do much more...
...dammit...
Anyways I hope you enjoy it... sorry for the crummy ending, but basically, now that Baphodramon was unstable enough, Puppet came in and pretty much managed to nab her core (which was the instinct that was driving Devidramon mad) and break it. Breaking the xross in the process and releasing Lavvy outside... and Ankomon coated in.. what I like to call, puke data. XD

Enjoy... and sorry again...

Our ultimate virus moment eh? ... The second evolution kills us all doesn't it?

It's not rly an ultimate, its a Xros.
Also only Skullgreymon was the corrupted ultimate in past series, Megidramon and ShiningGreymon dark mode were both megas, in case of Dark Mode even a Super Ultimate.
...and... not rly, since xrosses dont have second evolutions?...unless you count the one with roylKenpedramon as a second evolution.

Lavvy, I really was taken off guard and impressed by your round.

When you had Hronawmon Xros to Baphodramon, I was worried that you would use the Xros' rampaging, violent tendencies as an excuse to curbstomp and delete your opponent, and while I do think you could've made Camille a little more active, what you did end up doing made me very relieved of those worries.  Instead of having a human lose their partner, or blame that partner and absolve your team for the bad things that happened like you did in Round 3 of TDC2, you held back. You had your character think about her opponent and their Digimon in a sympathetic, empathetic way, and you had her take a real risk for the explicit sake of them, which ensured that your character really deserved Severi's gratitude and admiration at the end there. You had Lavvy really see the consequences of her decisions and face the negatives of them, and work to fix the mistake, and I hope you'll deal with the emotional fallout of them in a similar manner in the next half-round.

In short, this round made me really feel like Lavvy did genuinely grow from what happened in TDC2 Round 3, and that she's using her past experiences about what happened to her and taking them into account here, and that's really good characterization, and good writing in general.

I hope to see more from you in the next round.

Believe it or not, I don't really like curbstomping tactics, ESPECIALLY not in OCT. That is one thing Xros does better then the other series: a digivolution still requires a battle and strategy in order to win and levels matter less which makes for more varied and intense battles. (even though part of me still doesn't like levels COMPLETELY ignored)
An oct that lacks an overly dark story or a story in general actually did help me in making Lavvy strangely more active and in character, mainly cause most ppl in TDC were kinda in an emo or overly emotional corner, which kinda made me do weird choices and mistakes, like the round 3 one, just to fit in. Plus another reason i like Xros is the chance to use new charas, yet not get rid of my old ones.
And it was easier to make Lavvy fix her mistakes and admit them more when ya don't really have a big bad to blame for them. Humans have a mental tendency to never blame themselves, unless they have really low self esteem, ESPECIALLY when it comes to mistakes.
And I do try to always show Lavvy growing with each OCT, such as her distancing from sore loosing or power hunger, her realization that she needs to use more brains when handling xrosses, her views on how to deal with people that seem seemingly useless and her attempts to fix Hronawmon's abandonment phobia which she herself brought upon.
Truthfully, this round I was realising most of my past criticism came from me not managing my time well enough to make a perfect worked on round. Which I tried this time, MOSTLY from the action perspective.
Truthfully, the only thing I disagree from what you've said though is Camilles activenes... true it woulda been interesting if she did more, but, from my opponents comics, descriptions and portrayal in general, Cammille doesn't seem like the one to go into head to head combat. She's more of a cheap tactic type and more strategic, which leads to clumsy combat. While Hognamon is obviously more combat oriented.
But thank you for the kind words! And I do have that planned too...

I just realized... Where are the bubbles? It can get harder to read without them.
Whatever, So... What happened? Who won? Did anybody won?
Is it a draw? Oh well, of course it's a drawing, but that's not what I meant.
Oh... Wait... The judge is supossed to tell? And how does he tell? Do we get to know here or do I have to look in another page?
Anyway!... The armor thing was... kind of clever, I still don't fully understand it.. but... Yeah...
This has being one hell of a round! I'd say more enjoyable than many others, honestly, comparing it to laclefaverite's part of it, I'd say this one deserves the win, that could still be my favoritism anyway.

I ran outta time sadly, and ddnt have time to put the bubbles in... though most are pretty readable.
This round was more of a test of skill then of winning. SO even if all your digimon fainted or lost you could still get the win, because the judge deemed you worthy.
The armor thing the easiest way to immagine is Baphodramon was like a mecha made of flesh? Hronawmon is inside, but instead of a cockpit, she's inside the chest flesh/ribcage.
But thanks!

Either Devidramon's fear of Xrosing caused the problem, or there's something more sinister at work here.

No, "mean" is to eat somebody else's digimon. That's highly discorteous XD
