I took this before I found out about whats happening in Gaza but I see that it deserves to be up now.I just wonder if there is still any hope for peace?
I just learnt about the origin of this symbol: The straight line is used in the flag signaling system and it stands for 'N' as in nuclear and the two diagonal lines stand for 'D' as in disarmament, and it originated during the Vietnamese War!

i love the monochrome feel of it - i have a necklace version, which i made myself. :L great message. i'd actually recommend turning this into a square photo, if you cropped from the left hand side, so the ring is more in the centre. it may be more impactful.
