I found it on macthemes, dunno the name of it though. Something with wood in its name, Id guess.

I meant how did you get the actual suave ones in the folder? in mine, they're all the default instead of the suave even though when you go to the app drawer, they're all suave :[

Via the settings in SiMi folder widget you can change the application icons. It been a while since I last used SiMi so I dont remember exacly where you'll find that option.

Change the row and column size. I have 5x7 on my screen, I think 4x4 is standard.
