Yep I've got a new boy

Old-time watchers might recognize the design as an old dead character I had, and since the design itself was something that I did and the original design has long since been retired I was allowed to reuse it here.

His real name is Nicotine but he goes by the name of Cigar - he finds it to be more interesting, and doesn't care for the nicknames of Nick or Nico.

He's not on the masterlist yet but he's been approved!
