So this is another entry to Nina-d-lux's contest :3I love how this actually turned out. Her dress is an original design, in a mini qi-pao kind of style. I lined it with green to give this kind of bamboo feel? plus lining it makes the dress look nicer :3 The symbol in the center is the Chinese symbol for long life
Those are jade earrings that Grandma probably gave Mulan 
The pumps... I couldn't think of another colour that would match the dress so I went with green again. Yeah, I have this thing for pumps, but it looks like something out of Mulan's comfort zone 
Also the style of the dress probably isn't very "Mulan". Let's just assume that Fa Li and Grandma decided to go all out for Mulan's prom. I mean doesn't she look gorgeous in that? How can Shang not fall for the adorable, shy, klutz Mulan is, huh?

I love your art. I don't think Mulan's style is as tomboyish as many people say. Β Mulan would dislike uncomfortable outfits( six inch heels, lace underwear, massive jewelry) but I don't think she would dislike attributes that are associated with gentleness( floral motifs, pastel colors). Yes, her heels are bit too high to be comfortable but the color scheme and the flower doesn't look not Mulan to me.
