Description
Background: Evil Twin of Neshae Serpentine Experiment Number One Hundred Three, or 103 for short, was created in the Board Game World by the Mayor of Candy Land. Immediately from his birth (or creation, whatever you want to call it) he wished for nothing more than to find the real Neshae, kill him, and take his place. But Neshae was not so easily taken down.

Originally 103 had a Fire Blade similar to Neshae's, but he lost it when battling Neshae for the second time. Afterwards he got a similar blade, but made of ice instead of fire. Then Neshae and 103 battled again in the Sterilization Force Laboratory. Neshae was only wounded very badly and needed to feed soon or he'd be killed. 103, however was sliced in half and then devoured by Dreyfus the first time he was forced into Grolnashier form.

Luck was on 103's side, however, when Raahn decided to try to take Neshae out by resurrecting 103. Since then the two have struggled to be the one and only Neshae Serpentine.

Personality: 103 is similar to Neshae, except he is less random and goofy. He's a bit of a jerk, is slightly crazy, and his sole purpose is to kill the real Neshae. He will not rest until either he finally does or Neshae finally kills him again. He also tends to say things that don't make much sense to try to throw Neshae off in battle.

Strengths:
He can fly, for he has wings that are usually folded over himself to look like a cape, spoofing the whole "Dracula cape" thing. He does this mainly to look more like Neshae, though.
He has vampire camouflage, vampire strength, vampire speed, dark sight, fangs.
He's limbless, so there is nothing he can't reach.
He has absolutely no fear whatsoever.

Weaknesses:
His body is an exact copy of Neshae's so he's extremely ticklish, especially under his wings and his feet.
Being a vampire, he's more sensitive to heat than most creatures and will turn to dust if he stays out in the sun too long.
His eyes are sensitive to sunlight.
Though he has vampire strength, his wing muscles aren't very strong so he can only carry one or two people at a time when flying, and two people is a great strain.
