THis idea has been floating around my head since way back when Shell of Makreen was going to be a fan fic instead of a comic. I was getting tired of creating Raymanians with white skin and wanted to go with a whole rainbow of colors and stripes and spots and so on and so forth. He was the one who first popped up. But eventually he ended up becoming Naishu, so he never appears in SoM. But I got the impulse to create him today. He's a gay Raymanian who I'm gonna say has his eyes on Gale for a while. Dunno yet. All I've come up with so far is that he's gay. XD I'll get back to you on the rest.
