This is Raahn. In the story I'm working on where Gale and Berlinda meet, this guy's got his eyes on Berlinda and becomes Gale's rival. Though it should be obvious which one she'll choose.

Raahn is of unknown species. He is not a vampire and even dispises vampires. He can use his tail as a whip and the spikes on his back can stick straight up and eject venom. But mostly in battle, he uses his axe.
