Well this is the new avvie I'm gonna be using if I can get it to work. XD There were a lot of good suggestions in my journal for what should be in my avvie and I tried to use all of them. XD And I didn't want it to just have Neshae either cuz I now have original work and original characters that I'm posting occasionally so I wanted one of them in there too. So Neshae takes off just in time to miss being hit by Anslei as he is thrown at him by some monster.The animation isn't as smooth as I wanted it to be. The original version was a lot better and smoother but to meet the avvie requirements I had to take out slides so I got it as smooth as I could.

It's still smooth; though it has white around it that you should either remove or compensate for with a white background.
Though, if he's taking off into the air his wings should show that. It looks more like a string it pulling him up. Also, his hands should droop a bit because they aren't attached.

Those were actually some of the slides I had to leave out. ^_^u His wings are SUPPOSED to be moving it just doesn't LOOK like it cuz I had to remove slides to make it small enough to be an avvie. >_<
As for the white around the edges, I didn't even notice until you said something. XD I don't think it shows that much. I don't wanna reopen the GIF thing cuz it's just a trial version and I only get ten more uses. Rather use those for other animations. XD
Now if only I could get the avvie to work. XD

I've never used GIMP. I've had a GIF trial that I've been using every so often.

You should use GIMP. That's how I made my animated avatar a while back (I know it was an incredibly simple avatar, but that's because I'm not all that skilled at animating my art).

No...I downloaded a trial for GIF when I got my laptop, but I've never downloaded GIMP. I do now and I'm working on an awesome Raahn animation.
