It`s Alucard from Hellsing!
It looked a lot better fore I scanned it though... maybe that`s just my imagination or something. I drew it last night when I was watching Toonami. It`s my first try at drawing Alucard, and I think it turned out pretty well...Alucard is copyright to Kohta Hirano
