He still has the same origin story about once being a human gravely injured by poachers and being saved by a Charizard who used that same human's research to save his life. It's all according to this song: "A madman's design with a Charizard's spark, saved by some research and mechanical parts. Angry to kill and yet given a heart, and now he's the Saber that burns through the dark! He is Char Zero, and that is his name!" His property is Attack with Mega X and Y powers and a Gigantamax attack. His attacks are Flamethrower, which can be charged up to Mega Fire Y, and Mega Slash X that can be charged up to release GMax Wildfire. According to rumors, he's much more powerful than ViA.
