" Here, take this," said the head of the council handing over a scroll after a meeting to Nicholas. "You have everything you need in this. "

"Alright. I'll ensure it is all done,"Nicholas replied, taking the scroll.

With the head out of sight, he turned to look for a help. He knew his hands were more than full. After all, this is for the town festival. So much work to do. So many letters to write,people to invite to the citadel ball and to meet to ensure everything is in the right order. He walked through the citadel hoping to find someone who will help him and make the work less boring and lonely. Anyone whom he asked had said they aren't available to do anything as they have their hands full already. Nicholas chuckled silently for he knew it means they have decided to visit a local tavern. The sun had almost set behind the west mountains when he stumbled upon Terra and Hyperion. Upon approaching them he learnt they were on their way to the market, but when he expressed he needed help in getting all done, two friends turned their backs on the citadel gate, following him. They've spent good portion of the night working, but also laughing and sharing short stories of the day behind them. It was when Hyperion had noticed that Terra is slightly dozing off that he told Nicholas he will escort her home. Nicholas agreed it would be better for Terra to get some sleep.

"Thank you, guys. You've been a tremendous help."

" Happy to help." Terra said, while Hyperion opened the door for her.

"I'll come back later to check in on you and the progress," Hyperion promised. Nicholas nodded grateful and watched as his friend closed the door behind him. Midnight had well over passed. Dawn almost came, when Hyperion returned only to find his friend asleep.

" Someone is going to have a backache in the morning."
