Description
A member of the British aristocracy, Phobia was recruited by the Brain into the Brotherhood of Evil to fight the Doom Patrol and Teen Titans. She later joined the Society of Sin, Secret Society of Super-Villains and the Injustice League.Phobia is made from my old stand-by base body- that of the GA Cheetah. I'm not sure where I sourced the cape and collar though. Deadman maybe?
