Description
Static was an ordinary science nerd before getting caught up in the Dakota City riots and 'Big Bang' event. With his powers, he would join several teams- the Shadow Cabinet, the uninspired 'Heroes', the Teen Titans, and eventually, the Justice League.I don't recall what I used to make Static, though I know a Robin was involved and the jacket from a NECA Peeta.
