Download for more details, if you like!Finished another one! Once again, referenced a shot from the game, but I changed the palette and whatnot a bit. Also added people--there are folks getting of the silt strider all the time, I imagine, Vivec is a busy place! Lal, in this case, is bidding farewell to one of my characters (she's new, so I haven't drawn her yet) who accompanied her on the ride. I think the hunched over dude to her left is going to go get drunk. He looks like he had a hard day.
I have always liked the bridge into the city/Foreign Quarter--the lanterns, the foliage, and the stone path are all so lovely. I know I've already covered a location from the Ascadian Isles region, but I couldn't help myself. Plus I need more practice with night scenes--it's so hard to not just make them look dark!

the great thing about night scenes, is that the only time they're going to be dark is when there's no moon. Or if the subject is somewhere the moon cant shine... like caves and forests?
