Yes that is the one I purchased recently. Seems like a good program that will do everything you need for 2D art. I've only used it a little so don't know much about the ins and outs yet.

Photoshop and 3DS Max are expensive. You can get good software at smaller price like "Clip Studio Paint". Also look around there are cheaper 3D programs. Just make sure you can animate the 3D models with them.

They can be used on most standard modern computers but be sure to check system requirements before buying. And 3D is very demanding on computer memory so you have to be careful how much you have going on, even on a powerful computer.

Awe gee. I don't really have a story. That car was sort of a prototype for a commission I'm doing and thought it would be fun to give it legs loL. I needed a set to put it in and Hula Malts from Apology None seemed as good a place as any. Then it just seemed natural to make it Terry, Teri and Rob, even though a 79-81 Pontiac is outside of their universe. So you might have to fill in the blanks there. I'm sure she became full car though, which meant cruising down the strip and having a lot of fun haha.

True haha. Though knowing Teri she probably isn't happy about it. Okay how bought this for a story. Maybe Hoodoo gets a part time job at Hula Malts and creates some special new shakes with weird flavors. Maybe Terry bought them as a joke (not what the gang ordered) and gave Teri one called "bandit' (black licorice flavor).

haha Maybe instead of shakes, they are dreamsicles. The one with the 'Terry' label is cherry and he prefers orange, so he asks to trade with Teri and then says what you just said (not knowing hoodoo made the shakes). Maybe they both finish each other's before 'it' happens.

We have the same tastes as far as that goes. My number one wish would be to be with my friends and family and pets in Heaven with Jesus someday....but as far as TFs, I'd love to be cartoon boy Terry Summer (who at least once in his life gets to become a car and maybe one day hopefully a dragon...) As much as it would be really cool to be a car, I could imagine the novelty would wear off after a while, especially if I had a bad owner....
