This Frisk seems more like a newbie to be honest. Also after every RESET, it seems there was a completely different Frisk based on their different personalities.

If Flowey's death triggered a reset, I doubt Sans could write in his notebook WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF FIGHTING

It should also be noted (ha) that his notes don't cover absolutely everything. Sometimes he skimps on details, sometimes he just doesn't bother to write anything down (which he's explicitly done on-screen), and sometimes he physically can't write anything down— either because a reset hit too fast or he, you know, died.
On the other hand, now I have a mental image of Sans writing in his notebook while casually dodging during a fight lol.

I was trying to imply if he killed Flowey, it would probably reset immediately so there would be no time to write in or even get to the notebook
