POWER Changing to canine and human, knows or at least understands how to speak to most animals and humans. Also has a really strong sense of smell. She learnt how to tell if someone was truly a human or not in most cases by just having a good sniff.
THEME SONG/S Breaking the habit
PAST Rei was born along side her sister, Icey in Canada's Northwest Territories. She lived in a small cottage in the woods with her family. Her childhood was fairly normal. She went to school, learnt the ways of her family and other important things. When she was a young girl, by mistake she burnt her eye, causing it needing to be removed and a fake eye took it's place. During this time she often wore an eye patch. Her elder brother left home and soon she and Icey did too around the age of 13. A few years later, around the age of 16, she and her twin sister were attacked and kidnapped. When trying to break out, Icey lost her life and Rei would have followed if not for running into her elder brother, Sebastian. The two were never that close before hand and their bond grew and grew. From this event Rei got the large scar she has now. After hearing from that Rei often travels alone but always made sure to have someway of contacting her brother if needed. At the age of 18 she gave birth to a son and two years after that she took in his half sister as her own.

MORE ON HUMAN FORM [Better picture of human form] Can wear anything, normally enjoys wearing fancy clothes, men clothes, dresses or just things she can move around easily in. Her breasts are fairly small and her right breast is ruined a bit from the scar. Her hair is somewhat curly and her clothing does not poof on and off during changing shape. They often rip or get taken off before hand and Rei shows no shame about walking around naked.
OTHER INFO Key on her tail is from her sister, Icey. She favors animal meat and blood over human, but she had killed and eaten them before. Depends on how messy it is she would take any clothing that would be of use, objects and money. Rei earns a living by normally trading or selling animal pelts. In more city-like areas she just pick pockets.
