The dragon queen of darkness being all creepy~I've had this idea in mind for a few days, I think I might do something similiar with other elements too, I already have an idea for Fear
But I need more free time first...Something was bothering me about this pic (and still kinda is) and I dunno what it is XP But I think it still turned out kinda okay, I like it
She kinda looks like she's grinning on the small thumbnail

Well, I think this is just one Lumi&Shade layer and Airbrush with lower opacity, you just gotta play around with it a bit XD

I use it a lot, I feel like if you wanna draw light with it then it's more colourful than just the Luminosity layer XD
