I wanted to try something a little different :'DI haven't tried this stuff in ages so it's pretty wonky and I used a ref for the basic poses, had to modify them a lot though - s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o…
But it was fun! Animating isn't as easy as it may seem, it's probably easier if you have a programme for it and not do it in SAI XD
Didn't really want to upload it here at first as I used the refs a lot but.. well, here it is
I'll try more on my own next time 
I didn't draw the wings and the rest of the markings because I just wanted to try and I just wanted to see it move asap XD

Excelent running animation! Looks very smooth and realistic and it's awesome to see Ice in action. And hey, it's normal to use refs in order to learn how to draw or make something.

Haha thank you! It's more that I kinda wanna try animating frame by frame like this myself but it's kinda hard in SAI XD I believe TV Paint or something like that is better for that stuff but I don't have that

Well Sai doesn't have a way to make gifs, that's why XD not even Sai 2 has that yet. But you can still at least draw the frames in Sai and then animate it in another program (Photoshop). It's how I animate everything! ^^

Sounds good! I think TV Paint lets you kind view the animation while making it so it might be the best for that kind of stuff but I'm not sure, I'd have to look into it more

Yeah, I just hope Sai's creator eventually adds an animation feature to Sai2 or maybe even another version... He just added a text option to Sai2 and more accessible texture adding (you don't need to rewrite the code file for it, just put the texture bmp file into the textures folder and boom! Sai2 does the rest for you!) And more options for brush customization so idk maybe he'll add an animation feature soon

Text is kinda missing from SAI, yeah that should be helpful XD And new brush customisations sound cool too! I don't really mind my "old" SAI the way it is though, I'll see if I'll upgrade it anytime soon

uuuh you do realize that's a pirated version right? There's only one guy who makes Sai, it's not a whole company. so people who get a pirated version kinda skimp him out of his livelihood-- you can get Sai for free if you ask someone who has the license codes that way you're still supporting the creator
And Sai2 is not that different it's just got new tools.

Yeah I didn't know until one of my friends told me when we both got Sai2!! I was like "wait really???"
Haha kinda?? It doesn't actually have a blur tool right off the bat, but I simply copied the Watercolor tool and edited the settings to where it's exactly like the blur tool from the original. I'd just have to screenshot my settings and show them to you. X3
