Also I think I might move the cut on his throat higher like this (does this need Mature Content filter btw? I don't think it counts as "overtly realistic bloody or violent imagery")

The straight lines is actually a texture that's in my version of SAI, but the colours, rectangles and other messy stuff is manually done haha

Oh he's so cool and freaky and that cut on the throat is great, I can just imagine the blood floating in mid air, following him and not being able to touch the ground. Creepy but creative and awesome work!!
