This is my newest character RAXAL! Raxal is enjoying herself at the moment. I did shade this, but I can't figure out how to download that part beacause submission was annoying me. The shaded picture looks great and was done on Paint.net. If anyone tells me how to upload the shaded version of this, and it works, they will be considered the most awesome person ever, and I'll try and get them as well known as ever. Thanks to all that fave or comment! AND HUGE THANKS TO ANYONE THAT CAN TELL ME HOW TO UPLOAD THE SHADED VERSION!!!!Related content

Yes. You draw your picture first, then when your done with that add one new layer, go to properties and click "multiply". Then choose whatever color you want to shade with and make the transparency 143. Choose the line/curve tool. And then shade the parts you want in whatever color. Have you ever uploaded something from Paint.net on Deviantart?

thats like my entire gallery XP what i do for shading is that when the drawing is still white, i use the magic wand tool on body part "X", then line out the shading part, fill it in, then put in the regular color. its less complicated then it sounds...

Yeah, but how do you upload the pictures? Submission won't let me unless I have a preiview and I can't figure out which categories to put it in. HELP ME!

i usually put mine in Digital Art / Drawings / Animals ('cause im lazy like that), and about the preview thing, you upload a picture related to the actual picture in the little section for the preview pic, and (i think) you just upload it after that

"Sorry you can not put UNKNOWN files into the categorie Digital art/drawings/animals? What should I do then?
