Base Elements, City of Carbon, part 2.

Towers of Sand, now will fall.

The unknown city, the Great Victoria Desert, South Australia, October.

Boz : Guys, even after a month and a half, we still don't know why this place was built, I mean why did the nanites construct all these buildings from surrounding sand, the streets as well, I don't understand.

Loch : We may never truly understand why.........

Wash : GUYS, COME QUICK, WE GOT A PROBLEM HERE!!!!!!!

Laughlin : WAIT, WHAT????!!!!!!

Boz : WASH, WHY DO WE HAVE TO CLIMB ALL THE WAY UP THIS FREAKING BUILDING YOU ROOKIE???!!!!!

Wash : BECAUSE GUYS, TAKE A LOOK AT THIS!!!!!

Boz : OH, HOLY HELL!!!!

Boz : What we see is two hordes of "recovered" vehicles facing each other further into the desert, from where this unknown city is, we can tell who or really what is about to fight, on one side, we got older vehicles of different types, the other is strange newer drone types of machines, we don't get why they would want to fight against one another, then the fighting breaks out, they charge into each other at full speed, firing off what looks like laser beams that impact the other side but they seem to ignore the damage while crashing head first into a full on brawl, we watch as they tear into each other's side with impunity as weapons fire lashes against either side, their own air-forces join in the fray as well, with sleek drone helios dueling with Eurocopter Tigers that seem to fly unusual to any knid of helio I know of, then old Piper Cubs fly in at a much higher air speed then they should be able to take the drones by surprise and hit them hard.

The drone planes engage in the intense air battle to take the skies from the "recovered" but their tactics mean nothing, we see an EC Tiger clipped by a drone plane, it starts to fall but in an unknown flight pattern we didn't notice, a Piper Cub flies under the Tiger and hooks the Tiger's landing gear wit hit's own wings, the Cub is carrying the Tiger "piggy-back", they both pursue the drone plane and both shoot it down, it "belly flops' into the dunes, but wait, there's more, now we see tanks emerging onto the battlefield here, heavily sloped armored, dome shaped turreted, drone tanks getting into shoot outs with Mk 3 Centurions, the 20 pdr model B guns pump 84mm shells almost point blank into the sides of the drone tanks, the shear insanity is just so hard to NOT watch, the four of us can't help but cheer on the "recovered" as they thrash the drone vehicles without question while taking limited damage in return, then things again get weird, we take cover as huge shells fly.

I take a peek at where these giant shells land, their aimed at the newer drone vehicles, but where did they come from, well I ask Loch to check with "Lantint's" own satalite to find out what's hurling those things, he looks on his tablet and is shocked by what he sees, he screams loudly.

Loch : HOLY.....IT'S THE BATTLESHIP YAMOTO!!!!!!!!
