The makeup he sports on his face is excellent; it adds to the mischevious/sly expression that he has. Love the blotched pattern of the bow tie and how that makes the tie sort of three-dimensional. The oval "frame" set to border him is gorgeous, with lovely patterns and coloring. Love his top hat, though it could use more knick-knacks stuck in the hatband like the Hatter in the film has. Love the tiny butterfly up in the right-hand corner. This is a lovely profile - you should definitely do more of these for some of the other characters!

I don't have alot of hat refs, but from what I'v seen he doesn't have alot of trinkets it's the fabric pattern that gives his hat a "crowded"? look. I think I might be a few pins short, but other than that I think that's all his hat has.

I really do love the profile. It's great. And the way that you did this, and how it's lineartless and the patterns and everything, it reminds me of Art Nouveau. It's awesome. I really have nothing else to say other than this would benefit from some basic shadows, but I really don't think it's that much of an issue.
