Description
A portrait of my drawing teacher.He showed me an artist's work by the name of Alex Katz, and it has gotten me to question simplicity in realism. Why are certain shades smoothed, why are specific spots not detailed etc.
Trying to use my questions as inspiration in the way this portrait was painted.
