For those who never played a video game before, either you are in a coma for the last couple of decades or you live under the rock. MMORPG stands for Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. It sounds geekier than what it actually is but in short, it’s a video game where people can play together while not sitting on the same couch.

A party is a group of people teaming up together to tackle a mission or quests. A healer is someone who keeps everybody in a party alive. So technically, this person gets to choose who gets to die.

Rez = resurrection, in case, the said healer intently fails to provide healing to a team mate.

Buff = blessings to increase your statistics or attributes. To give you an example, pretend you can flatten a can of soda with your both hands, when you receive a buff, you can now flatten a can of soda using your eyelids.

All these stuff that I just explained hardly scratched the meaning of what MMO is. It’s best to give it a shot and learn from experience. Though I warn you, it’s like crack, if you don’t know crack, then it’s like your favorite chip, candy or chocolate dangling in front of you all day, everyday.
