Not worth going to the other PC to take a scan (and because I'm lazy), so I just took the pic with my phone and thank god the laptop had bluetooth, otherwise I would have to either go to the other room for the usb/micro sd adapter [DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA OF HOW MUCH WORK THAT IS?!] or post the picture via the phone itself.

That's how lazy I am.
