Not saying this is you...but i always find it interesting how many "emo" people enjoy this picture, and how many people under 20 enjoy this picture.
I also find it interesting how many people under 18 enjoy my landscape of Frankfort.
I have over 1000 works of art either visual or written, and these are the two pieces people flock to. Landscapes, nudes, portraits, stories, architecture, cutting, humor, etc I've tried just about every cliche at least once. I guess i always wondered why how in 1000 attempts, only two pieces got it right. lol.

I liked it because it was an apple and it wasn't all seasonal looking. I'm not "emo" or really into cliche shots. I thought this was a nice, clean shot (ha...clean. Clearly) and that everything about this picture seemed right and well-placed. Blood pictures never really appealed to me before (in reality, I usually hold a dislike for them) but this one seemed nice and perfect for fall. (Yes. I'm aware it was for valetine's.)

lol, thanx. I dunno, I'm not sayign i don't appreciate the warm fuzzies and stuff. I'm happy people come by, and i'm happy they enjoy it. I guess it's just a little disconcerning with I got a degree and everything but only two images ever get noticed.

Don't worry, I think everyone feels really small in a community as large as DeviantArt. I always click the "random deviation" button, and let me tell you. You're much more talented than about 90% of deviantart.

lol. yeah the random deviation button works through hits. the images with the most hits are the randoms you get. Da is a strange place, sometimes people take it too seriously. I mean, if you have a photo of a kitten, a puppy, or a naked girl you're automatically popular. at the same time every kid in need of professional help is posting their photos of themselves cutting, and then their the people who feel they are artists and post sailor moon on lined school paper.
I dunno, i wish i had better equipment and mroe money lol. Maybe you shoudl stroll through my favorites section, and then through their galleries.
