Madame Soleil Rouge, Madame Rouge, or simply Rouge, is a wealthy tycoon in Color Code. She is also the main antagonist of Color Code: Megui. In her teens, Rouge had to help run her family's business. When she got older and due to her father's death, she inherited the business. With the help of her adviser, and with some risks, Rouge managed to increase the business tenfold. She still runs the buisness to this day, as it involves exchaning goods to other countries. Rouge is a crafty, determined, and saucy woman with a lot of eccentricities. She, as well as her family, has a rivalry with the also wealthy Ampelos family.
