Description
This is a tutorial on how to digitally draw water. I hope this helps and feel free to ask questions I may have forgotten to answer.I used photoshop elements 9 and a Wacom bamboo fun tablet (though I prefer the create)

Very useful indeed! I also have to agree with TehAngelsCry... the red font should be in a separate text box of some sort instead of just on the PS background. Still a good tutorial though.

The red text on the dark PS background is very difficult to read because of the contrast. I'd consider changing it/the layout of the tutorial to prevent this
