Crystal doesn’t always take pleasure in stepping on her little helpers. Being the Southern Hemisphere Vice President comes with big responsibilities! She runs a very tight ship which means sometimes she has to make the tough decisions. Donna is one of her best, probably the best! She has had an incredible streaks of accomplishments this year and has been awesome at handling some of the bigger tasks! She had her first fail today and even though it was on a technicality and not entirely her fault. Crystal had to step on her! Even though Donna knew it and got on her knees to show her respect for her boss, Crystal didn’t hesitate at all. She stepped on her just as if she failed horribly! As she was getting squashed, she heard Crystal say”good effort, but you failed, and a fail is a fail”!
