Cassie:

   Born in the free state of Elestec where Sameina (interspecies-beings) can exist without persecution and prejudice. Mother, Serena Succubi, was a succubus who fell in love with her father, Reece Almonte. Attempting a human fate for true love she married the human man and had born Cassie/Cassandra Almonte. During her birth Cassie's mother died. The only living piece of her being a bracelet given to Cassie, which she treasures.

   As noted below she is only aged seventeen and lives at home with scholastics taught by dad. Her only friend and companion, Ambrose, is a creature that none has ever seen, with eyes of a cat, only two legs and looks somewhat like a gremlin. She doesn't know much of her mother's side and of the powers she possesses. Her dad works at a genetics research company called Nexus; he is a head researcher and often stays late at the lab. On days off he teaches her at home.

   Not having a female figure she was allowed as a child to grow up without much limitations or perspectives of the female kind. Bundled with homeschooling from her father she is lacking in social skills. Much more so for father dearest grants her every wish; she is very upfront with her "demands". The last factor being that she lives in a freedom state (Elestec), where Sameina, (cassie being half human and half succubus) are all treated as equals and without prejudice; she is surrounded by unleashed freedom in her home city.

   She is very curious about her mother but father dearest does not mention her mother Serena much. Even so she blames her father for nothing and cares deeply for him. He is kind and provides for her; even allowing for her to have time off from home-schooling often, indulging her "demands"/wants.

   Later in the plotline her 'kind and providing' father is revealed to be the villain. In the past her father was seduced by her mother but did not truly love her. When Cassie was conceived her father was already working deep in a secret research project. This project's aim was to separate genetic blending in beings to create a true and pure world between the races and species; the plan... to imbue all with a final working serum. All Sameina would die when born (if either mother or father had had the injection) or if injected with this serum. Her father who was the head researcher decided to use Cassie as his final test subject. When Cassie was born her mother was put to sleep for the final time and she never woke.

   Cassie's spends her time in the plotline with Ambrose finding clues that leads her to new developments and finally learning the truth in how to activate her powers as a Sameina Succubus along with how her father plans to use her as an experiment that could kill her in the end.
