no offense to you or anything, but I HATE neopets, they froze my account for NO REASON, so now I use Subeta.org and I'm SOOO much happier with it. it's better, in my opinion, but this is an AWESOME pic good job

super SUPER pretty
to start off with I want to congratuate you on the fine job of attempting an equine picture, which I know first hand how close to impossible horses are to draw ^.^ so just for that hats off to you, but obviously there is so much more to comment on, so here we go....
the first part that really caught me about this picture was the use of earthy tones throughout the image. The colroing scheme gives it a soft gentle feel, nothing to shocking and fall back out of your chair but almost a sort of peace, with the titl,e, to be free, it kinda strikes me of showing not the desperate struggle for, or the wild inner urges that freedom is often associated with, but rather the inner peace that comes with being truely free
the next part I enjoyed which sort of ties into the whole mood was the softness of the image, not a style often seen, and it was treat to see an artist not fall into the social norm and create the effect you have here, definite line and form but not the startling outlining that most artists go for (myselfinclued 
finally, I wanted to commemt on the horse's design, nothing very intelligent to say, just that I think they are super unique and very pretty
I really enjoyed this image and am going to have to fav it for sure, hopefully you won that contest, its a beautiful image all the same

I'm really liking the soft style of coloring and shading you've used throughout your art. It's very nice to look at ^^
This image in particular I love. The colors go beautifully together, and I like how there are no exeptionally bright, or strong colors, giving the picture a certain feel to it. Interesting pose, and I love the detail you've put into it, on the wings especially.

oh and i totaly love your eraser !!! i rember if riend of mine had one like that (she was drawing too) and it worked very well ! it's also funny to play with it
