oh no no no...
let me be honest, I'm commenting just to give you some advice 'cuz I don't really like this drawing.
The only thing I liked about this drawing is the nose.
To do the eyes... There aren't eyes like this nor Jared's, eyes shine, and with that they give a sense of life, of something living. The eyes you've done seems to be static and made of plastic. Oh and you have to learn how to make lashes.
Jared's lips are thin, and lips have texture, which is one of the things that lack in this drawing, the other is contrast.
Now the hair and the beard... give it some sense of tone and then texture it(though this sometimes doesn't work on beards, other thing do the hair lines in a fluid way and it will look more natural.

This is awesome *__*
I like his shining eyes and the shading is really good, too^^
And I love the details...only the hair seems a little bit...grossly...in the ends.
( I hope you know what I mean^^\' My english isn\'t so good...)
