Lovely colour but i do have critique... hopefully it's constructive.
1. Take time getting a focus correct, i know how difficult it is with flying objects as you can see i also attempted such things several times: [link] [link] [link]
2. Division of thirds. It's sometimes good to split your photo into thirds horizontal instead of having dead centre. This is just a personal thing and i can just imagine it looking good like that. But it not a bad thing that the wasp is half way down the photo.

i agree with all the comments above except i think the colors are under processed. you have no contrast here. also, blurriness can work, but it has to look intentional and purposeful. Take a look at some of these wonderful color photographers for some inspiration on how to compose and how important good color contrast is to a photo.

The colors are nice, but the picture is blurry and the bee is not highlighted in the composition. Work on keeping the camera steady and think about how to compose macro shots!
