the picture certainly suggests love - whats the story with these guys cuz the dark colour scheme makes me wonder if one of thems cheating or sumfin lol or whatever maybe im just used to the stereotypical pink crap and uv done something different and i cant handle it lol

i know what you mean, that's what i thought too when it was finnished. i didn't have any thoughts about it, but when i look at it now i see:

i guess in a way it's more realistic like this than a pinkish love. but you have the right to disagree

Yeah, the warm purples are, in my mind, a metaphor for love. We think of it as red, and passionate, but it can be so cold and cruel, like an intese blue. Mix them toghter? Purple. Purple is the true color of love. :] yeah I know that's kind random but it makes sense in my head. I really love this picture.
