I don't think it is creepy nor do i see a clash of emotions here- it is raw and erotic and very real- notice that they both have their hands wrapped around each others necks- she is into it too- choking is very erotic- for many reasons i shalt not get into (David Carradine? Autoerotic asphyxsia...) People have commented that the expression on her face is implying that she isn't into it, or, a "clash of emotions" or "unwanted kiss" - but her expression is more menacing to the viewer (us) - it's like we just walked in on them or opened the "wrong door" to which she glances up, and looks directly at us like "and what?!" - she's getting off on the fact that someone has walked in on them and is teasing them and unaplogetically taunting them -like "you know you think this is hot" - or another, similar, take on this that the viewer is a voyeur - not someone accidently stumbling onto this- but someone who is watching on purpose- and not only does she know it, but she's letting him/her know she knows, and is almost performing for them- looking directly at them...
*also, just to note- runny mascara does not automatically imply crying-Im sure im not the only one who's looked all a hot mess with makeup running after sex- (well, good sex)- and im thinking that that is the case here with her as well. By the way- i do love this shot
